Our Story
New Generation in the food industry
In 2021, we launched Israel's first food-tech program, driven by the understanding that the food industry faces global challenges that impact every plate. We realized that the solution to these challenges lies in people – talented individuals capable of driving change. We discovered that the pioneers of the industry emerge from Israel’s leading universities, where the human potential exists to bridge gaps and shape a sustainable global food industry.
We envision a future where healthy, sustainable food is available in every supermarket and restaurant – not as a compromise, but because it’s tastier and more affordable.
Today we are the home organization for food-tech programs in Israel.
Our goal is to empower every talent worldwide to lead the sustainable food industry.

How it Started...
About a decade ago, we encountered the environmental and social challenges posed by the food industry. In 2021, we decided to view these challenges as the greatest opportunities of our time – to bring innovation and technologies that would advance the traditional food industry towards sustainability and positive change. We understood that only together could we drive broad global transformation, and we launched the first FoodTech program in Israel.
Since then, we have established FoodTech programs at Israel's leading universities in collaboration with food industry leaders and investment entities, aiming to enable every potential leader to connect with the opportunities to advance the industry alongside us.
A new generation in the food industry: Since 2021, we have been committed to exposing and connecting the next leaders of the food industry. They are the human infrastructure driving the imminent transformation in food production – managers, entrepreneurs, and researchers who join us on the journey toward a sustainable global food industry.
Why FoodTech?
Change begins with our plate: The food industry is one of the largest and most significant industries in the world. Today, it relies on prehistoric technologies for food production, creating significant global challenges in economic, social, and environmental aspects due to its inefficiency.
For the first time in history, these challenges are met with the maturation of a variety of technological solutions. These solutions enable the production of better food through more sustainable and economical methods, shaping what our plate will look like in the near future.
